Up until morning, again? Again! Again!

If you stay awake long enough, you’ll see it. Just outside the window, the world is slowly being washed in grey. Already I can feel that shift internally, that shift that informs me not-unkindly: “Another day is coming”. Another day- with many eyes opening, and minds steadily filling with babbling, hectic thoughts. Thoughts that trip over one another, often contradictory. Too often pouring out over lips, only to leave the speaker coiling inward (‘Shit. Why did I say that?’). In other words, my dear friends, as the sun rises- so does trouble.

I, perhaps more often than I’d care to admit, find myself dreading that moment.

Yes, the dawn is coming- but first, that awkward middle-ground. That place between day, and night. Just light enough that even the most subtle noise can alert nearby slumbering folks of your presence. Just bright enough to be seen, even when you’d rather not be.

In other words, I-really-shouldn’t-be-on-this-page, because soon-I-wont-have-time-to-finish-these-projects, and shit-I’m-procrastinating-again.

Yes, yes. That’s right. Nngh.

Anyways, enough of this.

I have a couple of tasks to complete before people are around to notice them (clearly).

Virginia passes legislation that could shutter all of the state’s abortion clinics, but maybe they haven’t gone far enough

If pro-lifers can’t outright ban abortion, they sure as shit can make the process an enormous pain in the ass for everyone involved, not like it’s not already an incredibly traumatizing event. Virginia’s new regulations require stupid and expensive architectural changes to all abortion clinics, like five foot wide hallways and one parking space per bed, even though abortion isn’t an overnight procedure.
